If you're on Dynamics 365 for Operations 7.1 and uptake the latest binary hotfixes, expect MPOS activation to start failing with:

The reply address does not match the reply addresses configured for the application

One thing worth noting: if you're still on 7.1, you won't see event ID 40619 in the event viewer — that only appears from 7.2 onwards.
